You can’t kidnap a kid, in a way, to not be allowed to participate “in college” by saying they have to sit out a year of athletics just because they switched schools. I’m not saying I agree or disagree. Even taking away their ability to get NIL for a year would make a huge impact on the amount of portal entrees.
