My complaint is that Barnes “passed on“ a receiver to someone  he thought was behind him, (when there was no one else coming out in the flat for him to possibly cover).    He let the receiver run right by him as if he was SURE there was going to be safety help.  was there supposed to be? Did he do what he was supposed to do?   It’s hard to tell.

But there is a fundamental problem with a three man rush against a cover 2 defense. If you give the quarterback time, it’s very hard to cover two verticals to the same side of the field, which is what happened.  (And has happened several times this year).
