If you have cable/satellite/etc. with TBS, the games will still be free.

its a little confusing.. it says it cost 3.99 it also says turner, tn, trutv and cbs will all be broadcasting streams for free..

You'll have to validate that you have TBS with your TV service provider, then it's free. If you can't or don't want to validate, it'll cost $3.99.

If you use HBO GO app, it's probably similar to that with regards to how to validate it.
