I agree and posted this a long time ago. Doug needs to enjoy what he is doing so that his staff and players can as well.  Who knows he may be loving it on the inside but on the outside what he projects needs to change. Im not saying he needs to blow Cotton candy up everyone ass but he at least needs to realize that he is the face of the program and to act accordingly. If i were Gross i would sit him down and explain to him that as tired as you may be you represent this school and when you are in public i expect you at your best. Press conference was as bad as this class is good.  One last point if this is his good behavior because he is in front of the fans and the press what is he like behind closed doors?  According to the recruits he is great they all talk about how much they like him and the staff how they seem tight and getting along.  To me and i hope this is true that is the real Doug. Maybe he just doesnt like the public stuff.  If so a little PR coaching would help him out a ton. Still in my opinion this is the best class we have landed in years and an indication that if we can win and if he is supported by the administration with the "toys"  the guy can recruit.
