Frankly I love how its tagged that Doug isn't getting these kids up for a game ... priceless ... what does everyone need to be chased around and kicked in the backside to get up for a game?  Honestly?  I played sports in high school and needed no motivation to get up to play a game ... Ray Lewis doesn't ask Harbaugh for stirring speeches ... nor should the team captains at SU.  If you need someone to constantly chase you around and motivate you to play a violent collision based sport then you are a pantywaist that should find a new hobby.
