He is so honest and open. Love that about him. He really lets you into what it going on with the team. Every time I listen to him he seems to get it, he just needs to have it happen on game day.
Completely agree. I really love what he's done program wise, but I need to see more results n game day. He would admit the same. This is a crucial 6 game stretch for him.
