Guys are giving him that left alley shot all day not even playing on his hands till down low where they know he’s gonna try to spin back to right hand or try cut under them with right hand. Also coaches need to mix things or players up specially ones in a slump like birt. Throw him at attack once see if he can do anything there to build his confidence. I like McCarthy has need speed n makes good passes but he needs to learn to shoot. If he is just gonna let other guys handle scoring then no point for you to be out there. He def can create his own shot but doesn’t pull trigger.

I love the flashy stuff but it should come when calls for it not just cause you can. I like to tell guys wanna do that that’s fine but if ya miss ur gonna run at practice. 3 things will happen if came true. 1 they will bury all them. 2. stop doing them so much or 3 we will be the best condition team ever. All seem like wins to me.
