Posters are acting like were UConn and  have a 2-3 year window and if that this hire doesn't work out were being relegated to the Moutain West. Babers is going to get plenty of time and if he keeps progressing were going to have some really good seasons and then its up to the school to make a move and really lock him up. But if it doesn't work out with him it doesn't mean there isn't another coach on the horizons who can come to Syracuse and have success.
