The two authors of that article are clueless if SU has a winning record they will be in the tournament, Hopkins made it two years ago at 7-7 with zero decent wins. Syracuse has allready beaten Princeton and has zero bad losses save for maybe Villanova. If Cuse can beat Notre Dame they are in regardless.

absolutely... A lot of anti-su rhetoric gets thrown around when we are down. I'd hate to be a high seed that gets us coming into their stadium for a first round game. Not what you'd want to see, despite our up and down year.

plus our RPI will increase playing ND conceivably twice in the next few weeks.

Nova loss seems to hurt the most right now. We'd be ahead of them for an at-large if we had beaten them.

My predictions: ND to beat Nova this weekend and SU to beat Gtown and ND and tied for first in BE regular season. Then look for SU to avenge the Nova loss in the BET.

11-5 or 10-6 (post BET), I have to believe SU gets in considering who we lost to (UVA, JHU, Cornell and Duke).

The Nova and Duke losses are really killing us right now, if we could have just split them we would be in great shape. Still all things considered a win this Saturday put us in great shape and thank god we beat St. Johns.

The only thing we know is SU has work to do. If selections were made today they would be out. But they aren't so it doesn't matter.

Beat GTown, ND, and win 1st rd of BET and they should be in.

Obviously winning the BET locks it up.
Even that is a tall order for this team. Last night's game proved that only one problem has been solved: Maltz is an offensive powerhouse.

Most games with Hobart in Geneva are close.- It is good to see a lot of new faces are getting some time.
