Anyway, please enlighten us in simple terms as to why it is better for the allocation of state and private money to go somewhere else instead of into a new stadium in Syracuse?  that is the decision that was made.  Your tax money will not be magically coming back to you nor will any excess returns accrue to the pensioners, instead the money will go to projects in other cities where politicians can get their collective acts together.  So why is that outcome better?
