This is a great quote and very true.  We didnt play particularly well.  We missed about 6 layups and just could not get the lead when we had numerous chances late in the game, however we were still in it and the refs decided they wanted OSU to move on.  In a one and done format we beat the teams we were supposed to beat.  All the teams in the Elite 8 are damn good teams and if you get one cold shooting game or a game where the refs get off by blowing the whistle well then its curtains. 
 
Next year we have a chance to be even better and this team will go down as one of my favorite teams ever.  They played with heart and grit all season.  They didnt deserve to go out like this. 
 
To the returning players, let this motivate you next year.
