Some years the offense is electric but for this team, most years it's on par with watching Shafer teams. He's shown very little ability to make adjustments in playcalling, coaching (up players), roster adjustments, etc. The idea he's going to turn things around in the next year or two makes no sense. If we win 4 games next year everyone is going to say, "see, we're on the right track.
