Good article. Regardless of the facts of this particular case - he strikes me as a classless a-hole. And depending on the facts of this particular case, he could be a felonious classless a-hole.

I knew it as some were consistently saying Winston couldn't be charged with rape. He was never charged in the first place so how could it be double jeopardy.

...by which time he will either be formally charged with rape under a real investigation or be making million$$$ and the woman will sue under civil law with a MUCH LOWER standard of proof than beyond reasonable doubt

And didn't Penn State hire away FSU's president? What are the chances that guy wasn't involved in the cover up? Between Barron, Franklin, Paterno and the rest of cast of clowns at that school, covering up a sex crime must be a prerequisite to have any position of power there.
