For those of you who don't know, Mike Neer is the man who took the University of Rochester Job that was offered to JB way back when. JB used that job offer to convince SU to hire him as head coach. Neer's career continued to parallel JB as he coached at the U of R for 34 years before retiring in 2010. He went to 12 NCAA DIII tournaments, winning the championship in 1990, losing the title game twice and being to another final four. After 1 year in retirement, he returned to coaching at Hobart for the past 3 years. His overall record is 629 - 346.
