Seems that there are some folks on the team who have "unfinished business".

Strikes me as an awkward usage. What about the guys who declared for the draft? I guess their business is finished, in their minds.

Think we like him staying at LB, the kid was a playmaking machine this year. Maybe we can fit in Carter at rover if another safety is ready? Jahad was impressive last year, but he may have the skillset and size that is highlighted at rover

Well being as most say that it started 4 years ago, but they have unfinished business...lead me to believe that its a reference to their time at Syracuse.
