With Keita being unhealthy and far from 100%, our frontcourt is really missing DC2 now. Rak is going to have to keep his feet on the ground and not play as aggressively due to foul concerns IMO. Grant sliding over to the 5 at times brings Roberson in on the wing and will have moments where Pitt has a wide open 3 on his side. The guards are really going to have to help out crashing the boards.

With all that being said... we move to 24-0.

Dixon can't even beat a depleted Cuse team. An undefeated Cuse team that probably isn't in the top 5 or 6 teams in the ACC. Kick rocks, Dixie.

They almost beat a healthy Syracuse at the dome. I think we can win but saying "Dixon can't even beat a depleted Cuse team" is outright crazy. They play on a hellish court with a coach who's had great success against us. This and the Duke game are two games I'd rather not play.

Coleman would give us size and 5 additional fouls. I'm not sure he'd bring to the table what Keita does defensively.

Regardless, its all hands on deck. We're ailing, but so is pitt. None of that matters--only who comes away with a "W"

Hopefully Rak can reasonably stay out of foul trouble [might need to give up an inside score or two instead of fouling, big fella], helping to minimize this issue.

Would be nice to have a strong team offensive outing today, putting even more pressure on Pitt, and avoiding things devolving into a rock fight.

What I want is to avoid said rock fight, where Pitt can't throw the ball in the ocean but keeps the game close by playing dump-and-chase on the offensive backboards, enabling them to get 3rd and 4th opportunities to score / hang around.

Would also love to play from ahead all game long, not have Rak get 2 fouls in the first 3 minutes of the game so that we have to play undersized for an extender stretch, and play well enough to have their fans sitting on their hands for long stints.

Let's Go Orange!!!

Pitt is probably more depleted than us
