Super happy we won , i couldnt live with the fact of being labeled first 1 seed to lose to a 16 a million times every year. We cant expect our seniors scoop and kris to carry us because thats not who they are lets not kid ourselves. Mcw not playing again is beyond my comprehension he is better than scoop and triche right now. Jbs been in full form lately with the media ,he comes off bad and disrespectful, how about being a role model since youre the captain of the ship. I cant help but laugh as he walks away while being asked a question in the middle of a post game interview.

so watching the 2 v 15 games.. so far loyola is def a 16 not 15.. curious to see the others. it matters none but unca is not a 16. more like a tough 15 or 14. montana as a 13 was iffy as well def overseeded.

Thought this was a very good presser for JB. He defended his program from the accusations made in yet another poorly researched, one sided article in a national publication. He defended his program from bogus accusations made by a political appointee who has no jurisdiction in the matter and appears to be more interested in making headlines than doing his job. Whatever that is. He defended his players from accusations that they were handed the game by referees and won due to luck. (Nice job MW.) He gave credit where it was due and called out the bullshit. That's a busy press conference and he handled it with grace and class. Not sure where you got bad and disrespectful from, unless it was when he told the moderator he wasn't finished. I hope not because that was great. Nobody interrupts JB. I can't help but laugh when people expect JB to follow some ill defined warm and fuzzy script they've dreamed up for him. I'd be pissed if I was a UNCA fan and had to listen to my coach and players whine about refs after they just coughed up the biggest win in program history.

I want the team to make a run sooooo bad. Not just for me, as a fan, but for them as players. The amount of unfair hate they are carrying around and being subjected to at every turn is sickening. As a fan, we can take it, we're all pretty smart, successful people who know the facts and if needed can correct anyone who listens to the jackasses in the media. These KIDS are representing our team, hometown, alum and they are doing it with unnecessary hate for issues they did not bring on themselves. I feel like im watching a team under assault and it just isnt right.

Still don't see what he did that was bad and disrespectful. They all do that. He thought the interview was over. He did come back and answer. Sideline reporter was trying to get more than the usual bite.

not knocking them at all.. they are a plucky bunch.. just given asheville was a tourney team last year and loyola was in rough shape.. its surprising to me.. it is however all about matchups. physical mtm might wreck asheville.. or not. they were very composed and efficient for a 16
