I am not a huge Hicks fans by any means, I think he does a great job with the lineman and guys that need size/mass but posess great athletic frames such as C Jones, Freeney and guys like Kimmel as well, works well on their explosiveness as well. I don't like the work he does with the skill guys, too much power and sacrifices speed, it seems that our running backs get slower as their career's progresause they put on too much bulk.
