MLB intends to eliminate home plate killer collisions

Probably a good move to ease concussions but it does eliminate a major play that has influenced and even decided games. I wonder when the NFL will eliminate tackling or the game is banned on television. Probably when a player is carted off the field and sent to the morgue. Its only a matter of time. Fierce collisions by the big and massive will by % itself to result in a snapped neck or spine to cause death. The only reason it continues is because we the great unwashed create the high $ involved and cheer the big hits like a gladiator driving his sword through th body of his opponent in ancient Rome.Don't tell me its any different No we don't admit to wanting death but we do want the prelude of the cause.e.g. slamming and driving another human to the turf. Thats football. Yes I'm ashamed to admit I love the sport band cheer those hits as much as the next person.
