I watched Syracuse make dumb play after dumb play (on offense) all season.
* Grant pivoting into 2 players
* Ennis shooting when he should drive, or getting stripped
* GBinje tossing it away when he should call a TO
* Fair dribbling off his feet, or missing pretty layup attempts when he easily could dunk and draw an and1
* Cooney being one dimensional, when he easily could be 2
* BMK and Rak, still, not knowing how not to reach.

I am watching Harvard make smart play after smart play.

You don't always win with skywalkers and tree trunks alone. You have to be able to play with a high team hoops IQ. Teams that have both are still dancing.

At what point do the coaches or coach have to take the blame? I feel like year after year we talk about how our team has no basketball iq. Do we recruit dumb players or are our players not getting proper coaching so they don't panic in these situations? This is an even more interesting question given how smart our team is on D.
