Agreed. The administration has provided Dino with everything he needs to be successful. When he hired Martin i was sick. Why because hiring relatives are in the vast majority of cases indicative of an insular leader. Dino needs to make some difficult decisions if he is going to succeed. At this point its glaringly obvious that Eric is the reason we had a special season. Without him last years team wins 6 maybe 7 games.
This year the team has regressed to a point of a complete collapse. With the exception of special teams we have been outclassed in every ACC game. EMBARRASSED in every league game. Out coached, been physically man handled, lack of discipline, lack of effort and most importantly lack of Ohana. There is no La Familia this year. It has been an unmitigated disaster. A Gerg esque Oscar winning performance. An , a train wreck and change needs to be made.
