Agree, happy to see him having a productive life doing something meaningful for kids.Great story, happy for Mookie. Far to often we can make quick judgements on people without really knowing how difficult their path has been. His graduation from SU is inspirational and I believe his path has become an open road to success.
There's a few former HS stars doing good things for youth athletes and the community. DaJuan Coleman and of course Cornelius Vines (HC at Nottingham now)Good watch. I have new found respect for Mook.
FIFYI think a lot ofyoungpeople these days could learn a lot from him.
I watched all of this based on your comments. I have a lot of new respect as well. Wishing him great success in the future. I never expected this to be so great.Good watch. I have new found respect for Mook.
Wow. I forgot he was ranked that high. That's fringe burger boy. It shows how hard it can be to predict that stuff.I'm glad that Mookie has found his way and is doing good things. It's so crazy to think that he was the 35th-ranked player in 2008 and devolved into basically a walk-on type of player. (Kris Joseph was 113th in that same class)
Klay Thompson, top 5 shooter in human history, was ranked 51st in that class.Wow. I forgot he was ranked that high. That's fringe burger boy. It shows how hard it can be to predict that stuff.
And it's not like he would be overlooked, given who his dad is.Klay Thompson, top 5 shooter in human history, was ranked 51st in that class.
If I recall correctly, he has a teammate (also with a father in the NBA) that had a hard time getting schools to look at him.And it's not like he would be overlooked, given who his dad is.
Yeah. That guy ended up holding his own, I guess. If I recall correctly, he has a teammate (also with a father in the NBA) that had a hard time getting schools to look at him.
me too.Wow. I forgot he was ranked that high.
