The Virginia schools should be in separate divisions and should be protected rivals just so both divisions have access to the underrated talent in VA HS.

Protect UVA-UNC, UVA-Duke, UNC-Duke, NC State-UNC, FSU-Miami, Va. Tech-Miami then give everyone else 1 game they want and construct the divisions like that.

Priority has to be given to Virginia, North Carolina, Florida State because whether we want to face reality or not they have the most power in the ACC and like in life teams with the power have to catered too or risk a change in the status quo.

The ACC isn't going to pods unless they have 16 teams it is practically impossible to do it with 14 teams, and the conference isn't going to do 2 permanent rivals either the NCAA mandates divisions, but the divisions current structures aren't good right now IMO. I want SU to have a game in VA every 2 years.
