Accuser # 4 - A mystery at this point

Tape #1 - While seemingly a bombshell really only prooves that Davis was banging Laurie Fine.  LF says something like you were a "kid" then.  Remeber, Davis says he was abused until he was 27.  So "Kid" could easily refer to him as 18, 19, or 20 year old.
