Look, there is no doubt that the girls story could be true.  It isn't hard to imagine a famous athlete getting away with a crime, nor is it hard to paint the florida police as protecting winston.  But you can come up with a conspiracy theory for pretty much any incident.  I choose instead to take things at face value, barring any sort of real evidence.  At the end of the day, it is a case of he said/she said, and there wasn't enough evidence to prove her story.  This doesn't mean that it didn't happen, but I won't suddenly jump on Winston because of it.
