My pick is Jack the new punter.

I really hope its the TE though I doubt it.. The reason being 1 its a TE.. 2 it means that the oline is playing well enough the TE is getting out into passing lanes and 3 it means the TE is actually catching the ball.

I’m guessing Reed will be. But i am hoping it’s a corner back because I’m pretty confident Reed will do well and if a corner is a bigger factor than that well then that would be fantastic.

Really looking forward to secondary battle. Compared to last season they brought in 3 transfers and two JUCOs. Competition will be great.

i like many of the players named, especially Reed and Stonehouse.

But I think the biggest newcomer to this team is going to be Rocky Long. Though Tony White did a fine job and brought the defense up to a level we haven’t seen in a long time.

No dig on him but while there was major improvement on defense under Tony, he never figured out how to stop a good running team and he inability to make adjustments when teams started running on us with success cost us some really important games.

I think Rocky is going to take the defense to the next level. He is the master of the 3-3-5 and will show it this year. I expect our run defense will be much improved and we will finally see a lot of the switching of roles the defense is known for when he coaches it.

Watch our for Bellamy at CB. I think he might surprise there.

Well, since some amount of punting is inevitable, it's more an expectation than a hope. Even Georgia had 36 punts last year. And last year we saw how much a bad punter can hurt us.
