Yeah, well "Starts" is a bit misleading when a team like USC has all kinds of depth at every position. Depth allows more guys to play. The back-up is almost as experienced as a starter.

I'm not so sure that depth at all positions is a strength of the USC program yet. The schollies sanctions hurt in this area.

Speaking of sanctions, it puzzled me that the NCAA allowed Redd to transfer into USC without sitting out a year. Seems there should have been exceptions written into the agreement.

Going further, USC's scout team players would likely be starters (2-deep at worst) in the BE.
