Their board hailed their decision to not play football this year. They were proud to be the first to cancel and talked over and over about how their powers that be really cared about the athletes. When the B1G and P12 cancelled, they celebrated and as other G5 leagues cancelled, they kept reminding each other how they were the first and smartest.And then there’s Yukon...
Their experts assured each other the leagues that hadn’t cancelled were foolish, they it was impossible to play this year and that the people who were willing to try and make it work were idiots. They repeatedly said there was no way any football would be played this year.
Ouch.

These conferences have seemed to have made a mistake. Starting early like the other conferences was the ticket. While i dont believe it, covid could be more prevalent as the fall goes on.
