I'm normally not a big fan of teams that can win national championships at the FCS level moving on up to FBS where their kids will never get a shot at the title against. But isn't it time for the North Dakota State Bison to join the Mountain West and give Boise State some competition?

Actually what i'd like to do is combine FCS and the non-power conference FBS teams into one Division and have the Power Five be it's own division but I'm not holding my breath.
