Pat Forde is reporting that BP will return to Louisville.

I would love to see him talk about loyalty to the school - that he plans to stay for the duration of his contract, his home situation etc.

I love the hire. Petrino is a great football coach and with the addition of Louisville in the ACC next year, I think it strengthens our conference. ACC.

I agree.

I think it's good for the ACC.

And that's the most important thing for me.

But the presser could be - and should be - cringe worthy.

"He told me this weekend he would like the opportunity to coach at Louisville again," Bob Sr. said by telephone on Monday. "He said that he's been everywhere, the NFL and everywhere else, and he said probably the biggest mistake he'd ever made as a coach was leaving Louisville."

Will he be traveling there by motorcycle?

It'll be like Rick Pitino all over again. He made a mistake leaving UK to go to Boston and wanted nothing more than to get back there. Now that he has raised Louisville basketball into a perennial top 10 program, and is on par with UK, he's happy again.

Of course it was his biggest mistake.

Just what I would expect him to say.

He will also say that this will be his last job or words to that effect.

Exactly, he will lie yet again as all coaches do.

Petrino and Rick will have a lot to talk about. Motorcycles, Italian restaurants and...you know, women.

Seriously? That was his greatest mistake?
