I don’t recall. It seemed the focus was on his female partner and the head of the division. My recollection was all the investigators were portrayed as competent/with it.

That was after we were partners. He was a former player. One of my best experiences ever, was when he invited me to his Rugby club to watch the Rugby Gold Cup at his club. Rugby clubs are not that large. There were about the same number of people as attend a "Fine Mess" tailgate.

I"m currently watching Maigret on Mystery on PBS. A whodunnit called "The Lazy Burglar". I've seen 3 episodes so far, and am really enjoying it.
