1. CJ Fair has to become more involved in the offense. This includes one or two 3 point attempts per game.
2. Rakeem Christmas needs to get more minutes. Even at the expense of Keita and Grant. His rebounding skills will improve greatly with time.
3. This will essentially put us into a 7 and a half man rotation but this group is not meshing well and they need to work with each other.
4. Cooney and Southerland need to hit. MCW has proven he can get them the ball when they are in position. They just need to hit them.
