My knock on the running backs

I don't think they're bad, but I really think the style in which they're trying to play is holding back the RBs. So often, they just run forward with their head down. No creativity in the runs, and they're taught to all run like Brandon Jacobs. So often there is huge space outside, but the RBs put their heads down and run into the back of the linemen. Just want them to be more creative and not be so set on the designed play...and play with instincts.
