My letter to my bracket group

With all due modesty, I think I nailed it.

Dear Basketball Fiends and Gambling Addicts, it's the final countdown! This is the trembling moment when all is possible. The sweet moment just before the desolation, despair and spiritual holocaust that we call "fun." Within this moment, everyone has a fresh start. We are truly born again . . . .

.. until the crushing fist of defeat caves in our skulls and bankrupts our dreams, flinging us into the cold vastness of an uncaring universe.

Dear lord, how I love this! I feel aliiiiiiiiiive!

Good luck to everyone! We all have a chance. Except for Pamela's bracket #2 and that doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell.

Remember: brackets freeze at noon tomorrow.
