I am a big Hunt fan and I thought he got screwed last year with the Drew experiment. I think the team will rise and fall on his performances. However, he really does deserve all the criticism for Saturday becasue he really was very bad. He played like it was his first start. It goes with the territory for every QB. Hunt hasn't received half the criticism as Ryan endured.

Yesterday Hunt just got worse as the game wore on. He missed more than some passes. So much so that McDonald had to run the ball 79% of the time in the second half when we were behind by 18. Can't blame him as Hunt had a stretch of 4-15 and was not getting any better. I think Hunt lost confidence, which is why he took off so many times when receivers were open.

He also screwed up carelessly on the signal on the pick 6, he fumbled, dropped a snap, telegraphed his throws - he ran for over 100 yards - big deal that does not win too many games at this level.

Perhaps Hunt is trying too hard. Sometime you just have to go out there and play. I remain a Hunt fan and I think he will give us some thrills this season  I will be pulling for him.
(I still think those ugly costumes have something to do with it!)
