  1. Zian Jones
  2. Myles HIlliard
  3. Wayne Morgan
  4. Ryan Norton- almost automatic to see the field from day one
  5. Devante McFarlane
  6. Ron Thomson
  7. Alvin CorneliusBen Lewis A kid who will force himself to be played with practice showings
  8. George Morris Too good to sit
  9. A surprise kid off the list that can contribute early- your pick.

  1. Zian Jones (He will definitely play, might not start if Crume can beat him out)
  2. Myles HIlliard (Will most likely redshirt, Pierce-Brewster will start at DE most likely)
  3. Wayne Morgan (Henderson loves him, can't see him start over Keon/Reddish/Anderson)
  4. Ryan Norton- almost automatic to see the field from day one (Yup)
  5. Devante McFarlane (Major RS candidate unless he shows something in camp)
  6. Ron Thomson (Outside chance to start because of lack of TE depth)
  7. Alvin CorneliusBen Lewis A kid who will force himself to be played with practice showings (Both will redshirt, IMO. We're too deep at WR, unless Foster/West/Lemon aren't healthy in fall)
  8. George Morris Too good to sit (At best will get the same carries as AAM last year. Jerome and PTG look very good)
  9. A surprise kid off the list that can contribute early- your pick. (Shocked you left off Broyld, the most likely to play.)

I printed a list for myself and Brewster wasn't on it . I knew there was some one big omitted but didn't find him. Totally agree with him as a starter. I have to think the NY kids have or should have a step up to encourage other state kids to come. None of those kids who aren't qualified talent wise will play for sure If Morris or Devante show big play potential they will play but other wise I agree with your assessment of my picks. Based on what I was told by a good football friend Cornelius might be very special and just beats out some of those you mentioned. As for Broyld I see him as a given to play to play this season . I think he has to get in as a back up candidate unless Hunt is reinstated to the team. Either way its a win for the team as a whole .

I am really high on Julian Whigham. I think he has a chance to be something really special. Brono can probably comment on if he is going to see some time this year but I think he will have a better career than Morgan and play on Sunday's.

tep up Whigham has the physical tools to be as good as you think IMO. Lets be high on him is fine by me. Just in case you are a cop I don't "get high here in CA unless my kid sells a project and then I'm skying. :p

I honestly think our secondary will be able to redshirt all freshmen unless there are injuries.

CB: Lyn/Anderson/Reddish/George/(Desir/Eskridge)
SS: Shamarko
FS: Wilkes/Mungwa/Eskridge/Desir

Whigham and Morgan both fit in after them and we'll see what happens in camp.

Yeah, the secondary is the one spot on the team I'd dare to call "deep". Dontez Ford will also be joining the unit.
