MY QUESTIONS/COMMENTS

“Coach, you mentioned that our big men lack muscle and that’s why opposing big men are scoring and rebounding so much against them. It seems like we’ve had a lot of skinny big men in recent years. We used to have guys like Arinze Onuaku and Rick Jackson. Do you recruit for a certain body type? Would Arinze and Rick fit in with what we are doing these days?”

Great question. I'm guessing he may not answer directly, but if I were to guess what he'd say in his heart of hearts, he'd say Rick yes - AO no. Rick had better closing speed to the corners.

But I love how AO crushed drives into the lane by keeping his body between the player and the basket with his beefy arms out.
