SU has the ability to complain about all the streaming issues as does the ACC and all the other schools trying to force streaming down peoples throats.
if streaming is the way then at least force these companies to have people available to work thru issues and have meaningful contact info and error messages.
todays error " no account returned from upda" is a message that should never be returned to a user.
no one really knows where to complain is it a device, an account, permissions etc. but if they want the money train we should expect decent account support.
users shouldnt have to search random web users forums hoping for answers.
these errors are not random either, thousands have them every day with the ESPN connections, way more than we do with netflix/hulu/amazon.
