I thought you guys might like this little blast from the recent past. Through a connection I wrangled a press pass for the game. Spent pre-game and halftime in the press box and watched the game from our sideline, standing next to Joe Morris and Brandon Steiner. When the game ended, it was kind of a free for all and everybody was all over the field.

Nice walk down memory lane. That was a really fun game to attend.

Definitely brought back some memories looking through those pics. Bumped into Donnie Mac going through the media entrance. Was not a brutally cold day, but definitely had insufficient boots for the snowy sideline. Joe Morris was really into the game. Not talking much, but unhappy with the refs. After the game, I grabbed a t-shirt for my nephew from one of those street vendors and just as the guy is handing me my change, he gets busted by the cops. Off to the side, was a very large kid in a high school jacket with one of his much smaller, mouthier buddies, talking loudly about going to "The "Cuse". Pretty sure the big kid was Wayne Williams.
