They say that when the players have just started to get to know each other and play together and are dominating bad teams in games where everybody gets to play. You find out about team chemistry when you go through the conference season, some guys are in the rotation and some aren't, the strengths and weaknesses become apparent and JB gets on the guys responsible for the weaknesses.
