Thank you for saying that about Shy. I passed that along to him. It’s funny this week he got the hammer award on special teams but it was actually last weeks game that was the first time I really felt like he is very good on special teams. 
You couldn’t really tell from the online replay and of course when he is on the field I watch him above everything else going on. But during the game last week the team had actually game planned for Shy. While it did prevent Shy from having any tackles himself I found it to be quite the honor that the team actually game planned to double team him every kick and punt. Their double team was really quite a genius design also I might add. I had never seen anything like the designed block they had. But having him doubled did allow others to get down field and make deep tackles and in the last quarter Shy had found a way to defeat the double team so if anyone else uses that it won’t work again lol. I wish Shy was getting more time on defense but I do appreciate you recognizing what he does do on the plays he gets
