I flew back from Charlotte this afternoon where I have been for 12 days. I actually was able to watch the game yesterday from beginning to end. I told my grand-nieces that I was going to watch my team play for a little while, cry, and then I would meet them at their community gathering. Needless to say, I did not go to the gathering. Because I expected to be drubbed (aren’t I the optimistic fan though?) I found myself watching the game with mouth agape. It was quite the roller coaster. I was excited and happy to be excited. I was proud of the team. Yes, I, too, disagreed with some of Dino’s decisions. I gingerly read through some of the threads here last night. I can’t ulcerate, because I’ve got bigger fish to fry right now, but I do appreciate the passion of the fans on this board.

And Tom, what I appreciate about you is your even-handedness and how you not only talk about the game but about the game day experience. It makes for soothing reading during trying times. When I opened this forum up, yours was the first thread I saw and it was virgin! No one had commented on it yet!
