Pretty much everyone played well but MCW was particularly impressive, running the offense well, passing nicely and even throwing down a hard dunk in some traffic on a fast break. Fair has his fake a 15 footer, take a dribble closer and drain a 12 footer move down now. Very effective for him. Fab's presence on defense was a major factor. JS continues to shoot poorly but his improved floor game and inside presence provides contributions regardless. Looked like we had a huge throng of SU fans. Our home court advantage seems to get bigger each time with play the homeless Johnnies. As a gesture of respect and for all the good times in the past, I humbly make this suggestion: St John's should play all their home games against Syracuse in the future (probably none) somewhere other than NYC. It is way too pro Syracuse. I was originally going to suggest playing these games in Belgium but who are we kidding...with KO, we would be playing a home game there too. Where in the US might the Johnnies have a home court advantage? Maybe Maine. I don't think we have a lot of love in Vermont. Idaho or Wyoming, places with no people, would also be good choices.
