I agree except I think the first half was a bit wishy washy all the way. No way was Miami the team they think they are, and as expected played that way. Defense did their job, but the SU offense just couldn't get it together either. Honestly between the two as a comparison SU/Miami both defenses were pretty on point. The first half was a definite excitement, but the end of it just went down hill. Miami isn't an ACC or a national champ team playoff contender no matter what they think. I think last year proved it, but who knows. Maybe the stadium is cursed like Clemsons 'Death Valley' to repeat it and see some other losses in the future 'For Miami.' Tired of my one cousin saying noone wins in Death Valley as an example. I do like your end prediction as I think that was the way it was headed until all the moral and momentum went out of SU at the end of the first half with the pick six... It did start to pick up, but then it was lost again until the end with subs. Give props to the replacements and their efforts too Filardi seems to get some notches under his belt, but don't think he is the main QB... BTW props to TMark and all at the game, those seats were awesome and it was a really cool time. Hotter than Vegas I think due to the humidity and often times felt like I was taking a shower in my clothes. I wasn't feeling so good myself midway, but there were alot of cool tailgate fans that have been helping out this year since SMU! Would do again, and maybe spend more time on Hollywood Beach... Sorry for the Bills loss, but it was ironic as it was an SU/Bills fan sighting all Friday there. Lots of cocktails and 'Go Cuse.' I walked it twice! only had one Canes or Miami fan say anything, and none were wearing any 'colors'
