Just got home myself. After punishing my family with 3-113 worth of football drubbings, we treated ourselves to the scenic route back home. Using Mark's recommendation, we had an absolutely fantastic time at Wakulla Springs. We took the boat ride and saw many birds, manatees, and, of course, gators. A few old movies were filmed there, including, ironically, Tarzan's adventure in NY, Passenger 57, and also the Creature of the Black Lagoon. I got a picture of what is left of "Tarzan's Tree". I thought he had a lot of trees. Perhaps it is the one he was shot standing in. Anyhow, it is a rotting stump now. We also saw the "creature's lair", which looks the same as in the campy old movie. I look forward to a rewatch. We hit the coast as well, stopping for seafood in a sleepy little coastal town along the way. It was a great ride. We also ran into the folks Tomcat sat next to at an archaeological site in Tallahassee. It was great to see Jarhead, Tomcat, and meet AFO. Saratoga Paul's sons put on quite the routine all game. I'd guess there were maybe 1,000 orange in the house, if that. The stadium was great. Very easy to get into and out of. Holy Cleavage Batman. I think exposed midriffs and ripped cleavage bearing t-shirts must be some sort of state law in the state capitol.
