As much as I want to believe that state line I'm not sure it is right. From all accounts he is a run stopping player who occupies blockers (article syracuse.com plus video footage from junior year). Maybe 22 tackles for loss?

You are probably correct. I watched his film and remember thinking he looked fairly good but don't remember seeing a bunch of sacks. Although I don't remember if it was his junior or senior film that I watched.

I looked up his stats for the TNIAAM write-up, and I believe I only saw one sack last year, though it was probably from MaxPreps which may be far from accurate.
