I was the one that posted on the team having some internal problems.  So here we go with an update. It is my opinion that the team is burned out. Doug is a grinder these kids are young and the staff is very much like you see on the field on game day. In short more of a pro staff.  Last year with a senior team it worked well this year with so many young contributors it isnt. Doug seems to have one way and isnt able or doesnt want to change his style to fit the team rather he wants the kids to adhere to the program. Right or wrong it is his way or the highway which is fine if you are winning and have strong senior leadership. This year is different. Lets just say that it has been a learning experiance for all including the staff. If you attend the games all you have to do is study the sideline to realize that what we have isnt a team in the true sense but a collection of players and groups of players.  This was so apparant on friday . Even as we had a chance on the first drive to get back in the game the Kids on the sideline acted like they didnt give a dam. Sad actually but i think Doug really needs to take a look at how he is managing these kids in the off season.
