Marrone may have to adjust his style somewhat since the kids of today are raised much differantly than the one's he coached at Georgia Tech fifteen years ago. The other thing I have heard is that Marrone is that he does not like the amount of time he is away from his young children coaching at the college level.  Unlike the NFL where you are home every night he does not even get a break during a bye week since he has to hit the recruiting trails and try an convince a 17 year old in Georgia, NYC, or some other part of the country to play for the Cuse.  Its not easy on a person who has young kids.

All I can say is if Marrone decides to leave the program in the next few years I honestly believe it will be in much better shape than it was when GRob left.
