Yes but I'm taking Sullinger's health into consideration. Not sure he'll be 100% the rest of the year.

That's interesting, a 180 from what other pollsters do. They'll give a team a pass based on their top player being out, but you're punishing them for it. Not saying that you're wrong to do so, but this brings up the question: should you grade based on potential (or lack thereof) or on body of work? Is it what a team has done already this year, or what you think they will do from here on?

Well I combine both. But, it's an interesting discussion to have. I think everyone does it differently. But I had Ohio State ranked lower than most to begin with (though I wasn't posting polls at that point).
