The depth in the West is WAY down this year. It's 2 great teams(GS, SA), 2 good teams(LAC, OKC), one fun decent team that could be dangerous for a round(Portland), and a bunch of garbage. And even Portland is far less talented than they had been the previous few years. Memphis is usually a factor, but they're too beat up. Dallas sometimes surprised, but they are also beat up.
